Trying to Be Everywhere at Once

The Entrepreneur’s Minute – Trying to Be Everywhere at Once

Hey everyone,

This week, I’ve been deep in the trenches of audience growth—specifically trying to expand the reach of my podcast across different social platforms. And let me tell you, it’s been eye-opening (and slightly overwhelming).

Each platform has its own unique quirks, algorithms, and best practices. What works on YouTube doesn’t necessarily translate to X (Twitter), and Instagram’s engagement strategies feel completely different from LinkedIn. I know there’s massive potential for growth, but I’m feeling the strain of managing multiple channels while still maintaining quality content.

I’d love to hear from you—if you’ve successfully grown an audience across multiple platforms, what’s been your biggest takeaway? Is it worth mastering every platform, or is it better to double down on just one or two?

Handling Critics Without Giving Them What They Want

As creators, business owners, and just people navigating the internet, we’re bound to run into critics—some constructive, some not so much. One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that not every critic deserves a response, and certainly not an emotional one.

People who criticize just for the sake of it often want a reaction. They want you to engage in a battle that drains your energy and shifts your focus away from what actually matters. But here’s the secret: you don’t have to play their game. Instead, you can use criticism as a tool for growth without giving detractors the fight they crave.

Here’s my approach: ✅ Filter the Feedback – Is there truth in what’s being said? If so, take it as an opportunity to improve. If not, move on. ✅ Don’t Engage in Emotionally Charged Battles – Responding with frustration only gives them the win. ✅ Keep Your Focus on Your Work – The best way to silence critics is through consistent, high-quality content and results. ✅ Kill Them with Kindness (or Ignore Them Completely) – A gracious, measured response—or none at all—takes the power away from negativity.

Criticism is inevitable, but how we handle it is what defines us. Have you found a great way to deal with negative feedback? I’d love to hear your strategies!

The Power of Time Wealth

This week, I’ve been reading more about Time Wealth in The Five Types of Wealth, and it’s really made me reflect on how we prioritize our time. The author makes a compelling point: unlike money, which can be earned and replenished, time is finite—once it’s spent, it’s gone forever.

Time Wealth isn’t just about having free time; it’s about having control over how you spend your time. Many of us chase financial wealth without realizing that, in doing so, we may be sacrificing time wealth—spending too many hours on work, obligations, or distractions that don’t truly fulfill us.

The key takeaway? Every decision we make is a trade-off. Saying “yes” to one thing means saying “no” to something else. If we don’t intentionally structure our days, our time will get filled by default—often by things that don’t align with what truly matters to us.

I’m working on being more mindful about where my time goes. How do you approach managing your time wealth? Let’s discuss!

My Interview with Nate Muri

This week on the podcast, I had the pleasure of interviewing Nate Muri, a creator and entrepreneur with an inspiring story about resilience, strategy, and content growth. We discussed how he built his brand, navigated challenges, and found success in unexpected ways.

One of the biggest takeaways from our conversation was Nate’s approach to consistency and adaptability—two key elements for anyone looking to grow online. He shared how he overcame setbacks, pivoted when needed, and stayed committed to his goals despite obstacles.

If you’re looking for a fresh perspective on content creation and business growth, this is an episode you won’t want to miss!
