What AI Can't Replace | The Entrepreneurs Minute

Hey friends,

I’ve been thinking a lot about AI this week.

It’s everywhere — writing emails, generating thumbnails, editing podcasts, and even scripting entire YouTube videos. Honestly? It’s impressive. I use it. I love the time it saves.

But here’s the deal…

No matter how fast it gets or how much it can automate, AI can’t replace you.

It doesn’t know what it feels like to hit “publish” on a video you weren’t sure about…
It’s never stayed up too late editing because you care deeply about your work…
It’s never heard feedback that made you second-guess everything and pushed through anyway.

That human stuff — the fear, the heart, the nuance, the lived experience — that’s your advantage.

You have stories. You have scars. You have a perspective AI will never understand.

And that’s exactly what I discussed in this week’s Creator’s Corner — my exclusive weekly audio podcast for my paid supporters.

🌀 Let’s Talk About Being Stuck in Our Ways

This week, I had a moment of clarity I think many creators eventually run into — realizing I’ve been doing certain things the same way for years… simply because they’ve always worked.

But here’s the truth:
What got you here won’t always get you there.

For a long time, I had a very specific system for my podcast — recording the episode, connecting briefly with the guest afterward, publishing it as audio only, and moving on. It was smooth. It was efficient. And it worked.

But deep down, I knew there was more potential there.

I was resisting video. I didn’t want the extra editing, setup, or anything. Audio-only was easier. Comfortable. Familiar.

But then I started challenging my process — expanding the podcast into a video-first mindset, being more intentional with post-interview connections, and generally tweaking the system I thought was “set.”

And let me tell you — I’ve seen real growth.
Not just in numbers but in impact, feedback, and how people experience the show.

It’s a reminder that sometimes, evolution doesn’t mean burning everything down.
It just means questioning what you’ve been doing… and being brave enough to upgrade the system.

📚 What I’m Reading: The 5 Types of Wealth

By Sahil Bloom

This week, I’ve been spending time in the section on Social Wealth — and it hit me in the best way.

We often think of “wealth” in terms of money, status, or career milestones. But Social Wealth? It’s about who you spend your time with… and how those relationships impact your life.

It reminded me how easy it is to get caught in the grind and forget to check in on the people who matter most. To skip that walk with your spouse. To push back that play session with your kids. To tolerate people who drain your energy instead of being intentional with those who fuel it.

Here’s a short excerpt from the book that stopped me in my tracks:

“Social Wealth is not about the number of people you know—it’s about the depth of connection you share with those you love. Curate your circle with care. Surround yourself with people who energize, support, and challenge you. Life is too short to do otherwise.”

It’s such a powerful read — and it’s already shaping how I think about the next season of my life and business.
